Been working on this for a couple days. Its list of damages of champions at level 18 assuming no items. Skills ignore enemy stats such as armor magic resist and enemy hp. Most damages are calculated as proper use to full effect as soon as they are off cooldown. SKilll damages are for single target only .Some skills I had to make assumptions and that is listed under the skills column or in the champion name (need to move all additional text to one place).
Skill order listed is q>w>e>r >passive. Passive effects from skill affecting damage are included in each relevant skill. Non passive skills that do damage based on enemy hp are ignored for all calculations based off of that. Passives that deal no damage are ignored completely. Passives that deal damage through other skills have that calculated through those skills.
Damage output is listed at far right Burst Damage is from one skill rotation and the dps sections are just the sum of all skill damages divided by the skills cooldown.
The damge chart does not take into account aoe damage, CC, range of skills or any defensive stats a champion may have; so, comparisons should be made with this in mind.
Very good chance for mistakes to exist still a rough draft. Some assumptions may be a bit off from what is considered normal usages of skill. Post what you like and dont like. I'm planning on improving so all contructive criticism and ways to improve welcome.
